1. ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account on Omnipresente, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you disagree, do not use the platform. The platform is operated under the Omnipresente project.

2. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

Omnipresente is a guided digital reading and personal development experience based on the book "Omnipresente". The platform is NOT:

• — A psychological or psychometric evaluation instrument
• — A clinical diagnosis of any kind
• — A substitute for professional guidance or certified coaching
• — A job performance evaluation

The results and reports generated are advisory and intended to accompany the reader's personal reflection.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

You must provide truthful information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Some reports and analyses you receive may be generated using artificial intelligence models. This content is advisory and has not been reviewed by a certified professional. The operator is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of generated content.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content — methodology, chapters, patterns, reports — is protected by copyright. Reports generated for you are for your personal use only.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The operator shall not be responsible for decisions made based on platform reports, nor for service interruptions due to technical causes.

7. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be resolved in Medellín, Colombia.
